My Restored Marshall Ready to Go

My Restored Marshall is now belted up to my 1918 Stenner & Gunn saw bench, and as the engine has had a top to toe rebuild is like a new machine. The boiler will require lagging to assist with heat retention, much the same as a water jacket on your water tank at home. This will be done once I am satisfied everything is in order (no leaks etc.). I had a popular tree go down into my river at home a few years ago, traditionally this is just the right material to use for the job as it is less likely to catch fire when in close proximity to the boiler barrel. With my engine in mind I cut it all into 2’’ strips and planned it all up at the time so it is all seasoned and ready to fit when the time comes.
